Refund and Returns Policy

We stand by the quality of our food. We appreciate your understanding that food must be properly handled after it is delivered or picked up. Do bring your cooler when you come to pick up your order or leave it out for us if we’re delivering to you. If the food you purchased does not meet your expectations please contact us and we’ll figure it out together because we really do care about your experience.

If you would like a refund please know that our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange because our food is perishable. It was picked just for you at the peak of freshness. Please do not send any purchases back to the farm via the mail.

If you would like to request a refund or an exchange please contact us. We want to understand the nature of your request and ensure that we address it appropriately and in a timely manner.


We love our farm friends so if you refer a friend and they become a customer and let us know about your referral, we will include something complimentary for both of you in your next order as a special thank you gift because we care as much as you do!

Unfortunately we won’t surprise anyone with a direct delivery. We can’t leave our fresh produce all alone in the great outdoors to be eaten by animals or spoiled by the weather to rot on someone’s doorstep. Thanks for understanding!
